Opposite Party ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 4 02-04-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 341, 326, 504, 307/34 and 302 of the Penal Code. There is specific allegation that this petitioner gave dagger blow on the person of the deceased. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute is with regard to land. The post mortem report suggests three injuries by sharp cutting weapon. The petitioner is in jail since 12.07.2012. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
The prayer for bail is rejected.
.If the trial is not concluded within eight months, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
