2 07-01-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467,468,471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of receiving diesel subsidy on the basis of forged cash memo.

It is submitted that no payments were received by the petitioners on the basis of alleged cash memo. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 9 whereas statement has been made in paragraph 12 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Piprasi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
