This is an application for cancellation of regular bail, granted to opposite parties no. 2 and 3 vide order, dated 10.05.2012, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17929 of 2012, on the ground that the petitioners have suppressed several facts, mentioned in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the cancellation application. The matter concerns with the allotment of the plot, which was cancelled. It is stated that the cancellation letter with regard to plot has been communicated to the petitioner, which is disputed due to suppression of several facts.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any merit in the cancellation for bail application, which is rejected . However, the trial Court may expedite the trial for early disposal, preferably within one year.
