The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 129 of 2010, registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
F.I.R. is against unknown. It is alleged that name of the petitioner has come for the first time in the statement of the owner of the petrol pump in para 37 of the case diary and he stated that Uma Shankar and Pintu Kumar did not disclosed the name of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor petitioner has not put on T.I. Parade. It is further submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 04. 02. 2011.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 129 of 2010.
