The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 325, 341, 354, 380, 447, 452, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation against the petitioner is of
causing two injuries with Farsa on the head of the
husband of the informant twice.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
petitioner that for occurrence of 11.05.2012, F.I.R.
was registered on 18.05.2012 when it is submitted by
learned A.P.P. that the injuries have been found to
be grievous.
Let the learned court below consider regular
bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a
period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy
of this order in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case
