It is alleged that on the pistol point, Rs. 60,000/-, ornament and other articles were robbed when the informant was also assaulted.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 06.03.2011, the complaint was filed on 08.03.2011 when the petitioner was on inimical terms with the complainant from before. A statement has been made in para 10 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12
