The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 14.10.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of torturing his wife, informant for dowry.
It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case as there is general and omnibus allegation against him. Considering the nature of allegation, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Complaint Case No.258 © of 2011.
