The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Buxar (SC/ST) P.S. Case No. 2 of 2013.

Considering the co-accused Seema Devi @ Seemi Rai and Lav kumar Rai, have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 23.03.2013 in Cr. Misc. No. 7903 of 2013 on the ground that the informant belonging to the Backward category and hence provisions of SC/ST were not applicable, in the event of the petitioner’s arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
