Case No. 106 of 2011 registered under Sections 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. There is allegation of firing on the person of the informant against the petitioner. However, the occurrence took place as both parties have intoxicated stage. Having regard the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Hulasganj P.S.
