2 18-09-2013 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, being the husband of the complainant, is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of dowry demands and of solemnizing second marriage with another girl.

On instruction, it is submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant as his wife with full dignity and honour.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court

is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner.

However, the learned Court below may consider the application for grant of regular bail to the above named petitioner preferably on the same day, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 417 of 2011 pending before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.
