2 13-09-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the son of the informant went to village Rasulpur in the company of the petitioner and when he went traceless on 30.12.2009; subsequently on 31.12.2009 his dead body was recovered.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that except last seen there is nothing against the petitioner as there is no eye witness to the occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioner is accused in a case registered under section

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of twelve weeks from today be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M, (Rohtas) in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case no. 124 of 2009, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
