2	12-09-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the
	State.
	The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case
	registered for offence punishable under Sections 420, 290 of the
	Indian Penal Code and 11 of the Bihar Bengal Gambling Act.

On information that the miscreants are engaged in gambling, the raid was conducted when one Balram Sah was apprehended who disclosed that Firdos and Javed used to run the gambling centre at the behest of the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. It is also submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest

or surrender within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Industrial P.S. Case No. 46 of 2012 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C..
