The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant by one Rajesh Yadav when the petitioner assisted Rajesh Yadav. In 164 Cr. P.C. statement, the victim got her age recorded as 19 years when the court has assessed the age of the victim as 17 years where she stated that she married with Rajesh Yadav about 1½ years prior to occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Rajoun P.S.
