and the State.
The petitioners are apprehending their
arrest in a case registered for the offences
punishable under Sections 33, 41 and 42 of the
Indian Forest Act.
The accusation is of conducting illegal
mining.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
petitioners that illegal mining was conducted in
2004 when the case was lodged in 2006.
Let the learned court below consider regular
bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a
period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy
of this order in connection with Forest Case No. 63
of 2006 pending in the court of the learned
