The petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.3.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of committing theft of idol in the temple. The petitioner apprehended on spot.
It is submitted that there is no recovery from the petitioner and on suspicion he was apprehended. Statement has been made in paragraph 9 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM,
