Accusation against the petitioner is of making assault with iron rod on the head of Subodh Kumar Singh. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that other accused Jagarnath Singh against whom there is accusation of assault has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 42551 of 2012.

Considering the nature of accusation and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2^nd Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 422 of 2011,
