JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 17-07-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.03.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of kidnapping the daughter of the informant. In 164 Cr.P.C. statement the thrust of accusation is against Harendra, who asked the victim to go with this petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no misbehaves has been alleged when the age of the victim has been assessed about 18 years.
A statement has been made in para 11 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
