The petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.3.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The motorcycle of the informant was stolen when the co accused confessed that this petitioner purchased the alleged motorcycle for a consideration of Rs.18000.
It is submitted that the recovery has not been made from the petitioner. Statement has been made in paragraph 10 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of
