Opposite Party/s ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 17-07-2013 This is an application for bail in a case of misuse. Initially the case was registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 353, 323 and 379/511 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act when the petitioner was granted bail. The bail bonds of the petitioner were cancelled on 06.11.2003. Now the petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2013.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that now the petitioner will regularly appear before the trial court.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Adhoc Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Patna in connection with S. Tr. No. 94 of 1996 arising out of Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 79 of 1991.
Learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner if he defaults for three consecutive occasions.
