Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are languishing in jail since 06.01.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The Branch Manager of PNB, Hajipur conducted raid in the house of one Sanjay Jaiswal on the direction of regional Manager when it was found that fake business was carried out in the name of PNB when the petitioners were apprehended and documents were seized.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that it was not the petitioners who started the business though, they were being employed when none of the customers have complained about any cheating. It is further submitted that the other accused Anju Kumari has been granted bail by this court vide Cr. Misc. No. 8624 of 2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 05 of 2013.
