Informant Ahiraj Shailendra Bhushan who was very much cautious after getting information of danger over his life as well as that of his family members. While was proceeding towards market to purchase vegetables along with others on 17.06.2012 at 4 p.m., as soon as reached near flour mill of Kailash Rai, he was shot at but fortunately did not sustain any injury. The petitioner on the alarm of informant was apprehended at the spot while other miscreants succeeded in their escape who was identified as Pintu Rai, Dinesh Mahto and one Raju Ram. From the possession of the petitioner, one country made pistol, a used cartridge along with two live cartridges and the mobile set were recovered.
