Both the are ready to reconcile the matter and both sides agree that petitioner Navin Kumar @ Navin Kumar @ Shrawan Kumar and the informant shall appear before this Court on 12^th of August, 2013 at 2:10 P.M. in Chambers.

Considering the present stand of the husband of the informant, let the petitioners namely Ashok Kumar Barnawal and Madhu Devi, in the event of their arrest or surrender before learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya Sadar Mahila P.S. Case No. 04 of 2013.

In the meantime, let no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner Naveen Kumar @ Navin Kumar@ Shrawan Kumar in connection with Gaya Sadar Mahila P.S. Case No. 04 of 2013.
