	The petitioners being parents of the husband of the
	complaint are apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which
	cognizance has been taken under Section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

It is submitted that the petitioners lodged a case after the death of their daughter under section 304B IPC against the complainant and others at earlier point of time then as a retaliatory measure the present case has been lodged.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve
