	The petitioner Dinesh Sah being the husband of the
	victim and petitioners Surendra Sah and Neelam Devi being the parents of Dinesh Sah are languishing in jail since 16.08.2012 and 29.01.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within two months of the marriage when the dead body with injuries was recovered from the embankment of the river.

concealment of the dead body, this fact has not been controverted by learned APP after going through the case diary.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioner Dinesh Sah at present.

So far as other petitioners are concerned, considering the fact that nothing is on record to suggest the participation of the petitioners in occurrence particularly the concealment of the dead body, let them, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge 6^th Muzaffarpur, in connection with S. tr. No. 134 of 2012 arising out of Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 134 of 2012.
