The stolen truck was being taken from Uttar Pradesh when it was intercepted in the State of Bihar when petitioner was apprehended in the truck. The complicity of the petitioner was further corroborated from the confessional statement of the co-accused Anurag Kumar Singh @ Rohit. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was labouror and travelling in the truck in question when a statement has been made in para 8 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
