The petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.2.2013
in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections
376 and 457/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of establishing forceful physical relationship and thereafter one Munna Mandal wanted to establish forceful physical relationship.

It is submitted that the occurrence is of 22.2.2013 when the victim was examined on 25.2.2013 when no sign of rape was found and the FIR was registered on 24.2.2013. It is further submitted that the age of the victim has been assessed as 18-19 years.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea in connection with
