JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 03-07-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 17.11.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of robbing of Rs. 40,000/- cash, mobile and gold chain. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the petitioner sprang up on the confession of the coaccused and there is no recovery from the petitioner and petitioner has not been put on TI parade when the petitioner is accused in one other case in which he is on bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar in connection with Uphara P.S. Case No. 12 of 2012.
