JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 03-07-2013 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.02.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 33, 41, 42 of the Forest Act. Petitioner was found driving the tractor loaded with stones through illegal mining. Considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger in connection with Case No. 365(C ) of 2004. Learned Court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if the petitioner substantially gets involved in similar nature of offence or defaults for three consecutive occasions during the trial.
