The petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.10.2011 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that one Deepak Kumar was shot dead when recovery of one semi-automatic pistol and three live cartridges were made from the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is involved in one other case registered for the same occurrence under Sections 387, 341, 326, 307, 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act apart from present one. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand)
