JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 03-05-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-A)B, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
On the information that two persons were collected for committing the offence when one Gajendra Pandit was apprehended on whose suggestion fire arms were recovered from the house of Bidyanand Pandit.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery has not been made from the petitioner. Supplementary affidavit has been filed that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the

event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 115 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
