Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Petitioner remained absent from 04-07-2011 to 26.11.2012, on which date he was produced on the basis of P/W from Pali P.S. Case No. 69 of 2011.

Taking into account the period of detention, petitioner Shyamdeo Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with one surety coupled with deposit of Rs.5000/-(Five thousand) in Civil Court, Nazarat, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, IInd, Jehanabad in Sessions Trial No.413 of 2008 / 241 of 2009 to have his presence secured before the learned lower court till conclusion of the trial. In case of default, the cash amount will be forfeited otherwise the same be returned to the petitioner after conclusion of trial.
