State.
The Petitioner seeks bail in Bihiya P.S. Case No. 163/12 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner during investigation, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The prayer for bail is rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
