The Petitioner seeks bail in Khodawandpur (Chhourahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 145 of 2012 instituted for the offences under Sections 384, 386 and 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
