Allegedly, the petitioner and one co-accused were arrested with stolen vehicle but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was caught by the police on mere suspicion and moreover, the petitioner has already remained in jail custody for near about six months and having similar allegation, some co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by this court.
Accordingly, the petitioner, namely, Ashish Ranjan @ Amrit be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 206 of 2012 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.
