2 04-10-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned
Additional Public Prosecutor for State.
Petitioner is in jail custody since 23.5.2012 in a case
registered under Section 395 of the I.P.C.
Neither petitioner is named in the F.I.R. nor any thing has
been recovered from his conscious possession. Moreover,
petitioner is in jail custody but uptil now no test identification
parade has been conducted.
Accordingly, Considering the aforesaid facts and
circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let
the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail
bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
the satisfaction of the 4 th Additional Sessions Judge, Samastipur,
