Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act with regard to the recovery of nine tablets of Atrivan. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 1 of 2012 (G.R. No. 2 of 20120 to the satisfaction of the Session's Judge, Katihar, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner, who will file affidavit to the effect that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the Court below after due verification shall enlarge the petitioner on bail.
