This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Penal Code.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner is not the family member and the only material is that he participated in the cremenation.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 85 of 2012 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
