Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that he only seeks a direction for disposal of his appeal filed on 3.2.11 preferred under the Bihar Saw Mills (Regulation) Act before the Conservator of Forests, Gaya Circle. It is made clear that the Court has not gone into merits of the matter and all issues of fact and law are left open for consideration by the appropriate authority himself in accordance with law.
It is expected that the appellate authority shall dispose of the appeal after hearing all concerned preferably within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt and or presentation of a copy of this order.
The writ application stands disposed.
