Versus
The relief sought in this application is to treat the staffs at the State Headquarter of Bihar State Police Staff at par with State level Secretariat Staffs/Directorate Staffs under Rule 1105 (Kha) of the Bihar Police Transport Manual and to give all facilities equivalent to the staff at the State Headquarter including a five days working day in a week instead of six days a week.
The nature of the relief claimed with regard to service conditions pertains more to the administrative domain of the respondents rather than the jurisdiction
