The relief prayed for is to add the name of the petitioner in the voter list of Gram Panchayat Mahipur under Jandaha Block in the district of Vaishali and to allow the petitioner to file nomination for the post of Mukhiya.
The elections having been notified and the electoral roll having attained finality in view of the discussion contained in the Division Bench judgment reported in 2001 ( 3) PLJR 677, the Court finds no merit in this application. It is accordingly dismissed.
