As directed therein the impugned notice dated 14.8.2010 shall be treated as a show cause notice. The petitioner shall file his response within six weeks from today, failing which the writ petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed.
In view of the fact that notice has been directed to be treated as show cause question of any coercive action thereunder till final orders are not passed, does not arise.
