In view of the remedy available before the District
Magistrate aggrieved by denial of appointment on the post of Anganwari Sevika in preference to respondent no. 9 leave is sought to withdraw this application to pursue remedies before the District Magistrate himself.
If the petitioner files such an application within a period of thirty days from today before the District Magistrate only in that event the District Magistrate is required to consider and decide her grievance after hearing all concerned including respondent no. 9 by a reasoned and speaking order within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt and/or presentation of a copy of this order.
This application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
