considered for grant of first and second A.C.P. for which the petitioner is stated to have represented on 25.1.2008.

Let the representation of the petitioner filed before respondent No.4 be considered and disposed within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt/presentation of a copy of this order.

If the respondent No.4 finds justification in the claim or in any part of the claim, it is expected that necessary consequential orders shall be passed during the same period and the legitimate dues, if any, shall be paid in like period of time.

If the respondent No.4 proposes to deny the relief or any part of the relief, he is required to pass a

reasoned and speaking order within the same period of time. If the petitioner requests, the respondent No.4 is obliged to give him a personal hearing.
