23.08.2010 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The claim of the petitioner as an Anganbari Sewika is for certain arrears of honorarium, details whereof are mentioned in paragraph-5 of the writ petition.

This application is disposed off with the observation, that if the petitioner files a proper representation before the District Programme Officer along with her claims for honorarium and specifies the period in question, the District Programme Officer is expected to decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before him.

Officer finds justification in the claim or any part of the claim, he shall pass necessary consequential orders within the same period. In the event, that he proposed to deny the claims in its entirety or for any particular period, it is required to pass a reasoned and speaking order.
