The Court finds that the issues involved in the present writ application are covered by an order of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 11675 of 2010 in so far as the issue of suspension only is concerned.
The writ application is therefore disposed off in similar terms as C.W.J.C. No. 11675 of 2010 incorporating of observations and directions as contained therein and the time period fixed there in the last paragraph to be operative from the date that the petitioner submits his representation along with a copy of the present order.
The writ application stands disposed.
