Versus
State with regard to the remedy available before the District Programme Officer against respondent no. 9, aggrieved by the denial of appointment on the post of Anganwari Sewika.
The petitioner appears to have represented to the District Magistrate in time in August, 2007.
If the petitioner files such application before the District Programme Officer within 30 days from today, let him decide the same after hearing all concerned including respondent no. 9, by a reasoned and speaking order within a
maximum period of four months, appeal against which shall lie before the District Magistrate by the concerned.
The application stands disposed.
