The relief sought is for conducting the examination of the trainee students of the Teachers Training College of India, Gaya for the session-2006-
The counter affidavit of the Board at paragraph-7 states that the examination shall be held on a date to be announced after June, 2010.
In view of the undertaking given on behalf of the Board, no further orders are required when it is expected that the Board shall abide by the stand
taken by it before this Court.
The writ applications are disposed.
