State with regard to the alternative remedy available before the Commissioner against the order of the District Magistrate dated 14.1.2008.
If the petitioner files such application within 30days from today, let the Commissioner decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing all concerned, within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
