It is submitted on behalf of the respondents not controverted on behalf of the petitioner that in pursuance of the enquiry report of exoneration, a show cause notice for difference of opinion has been given to the petitioner and to
which he has replied also.
There is no occasion for this Court to interfere with the departmental proceedings at this stage which is now directed to be concluded expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before the
concerned disciplinary authority.
The writ application stands disposed.
