01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:-

“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue notice to the opp. parties calling upon them to file show cause as to as to why:-

i) a direction shall not be issued to the opp.parties specially opp.party no.2 to revise the pay of the petitioner by grating grade pay of Rs.4800/- as 2nd RACP benefit w.e.f. 1.1.2013 and 3rd MACP benefit w.e.f. 19.06.2016 taking note of the earlier order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(c) No.15555 of 2024 dated 05.07.2024 under Annexure-10 and the consequential order passed by the opp.party no.1 dated 29.05.2025 under Annexure -11 and accordingly re-fix/ revise the pay and pension along with pensionary benefit in favour of the petitioner w.e.f. 1.7.2022.

ii) After hearing the parties be pleased to direct the opp.party no.2 to revise the pay of the petitioner by granting grade pay of Rs.4800/- as 2nd RACP w.e.f. 1.1.2013 and 3rd MAC P benefit w.e.f. 19.06.2016 and release all the arrears till his superannuation dated 30.06.2022. Thereafter the pension papers be revised w.e.f. 1.7.2022 and transmit the pension paper to opp.party no 4 for revision of pension and pensionary benefit w.e.f. 1.7.2022.

iii) The opp.parties be directed to calculate and release all arrears of the petitioner within a date to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

And pass any other order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

And for this act of kindness the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray..”.

4 . Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the request made to Opposite Party No.3 under Annexure-14 to the writ petition is pending, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted request within a specific time period.

5 . Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted request so made under Annexure-14 in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of this order.

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
